What I Wore Wednesday: VOL13

Third last Wednesday in Holland! Despite thick mists in the morning the day cleared up beautifully (at least for a while) and gave way to some desperately needed sunshine. I had a lovely morning at the weekly breakfast meeting chatting away with the other girls and even eating cake. Oo-er.
I had the strongest itch to pull out the guitar my cousin left behind and play a little something (despite a very husky voice from my cough) and ended up writing a new song! I'm no great talent but I've always enjoyed writing poetry and lyrics, and in the past six months I've had a blast teaching myself guitar and churning out some actually not terrible songs. As I said, I'm not great. I can sing a little, and play a few chords, but it really is such a nice way to get outside my head for a few minutes. A good creative and emotional outlet.
